• The Black Hall experience is designed to last approximately 10 minutes. This will vary depending on the pace of your group.

Why should I purchase a fast-track ticket for The Black Hall experience in advance? 

• Visitors who pre-book tickets will be able to queue in the fast-track line on the day of their registered booking. Pre-booking details will be emailed to you, please bring a digital or printed copy. 

How many people will go in a group through the experience?

• Groups of 10 will be organised at the door. If you have a group smaller than 10 you will be grouped with other people. 

When should I arrive?

• We highly recommend arriving within the first 30 minute of your time slot. Immediate entry is not guaranteed.

Will I be touched by the actors?

• We want to ensure you have an unforgettable time filled with thrills and chills. As part of the immersive nature of our Halloween event, there might be instances where our performers or staff may gently touch you to enhance the excitement and surprise.

Will there be refunds?

• All tickets are non-refundable.

What are the admission hours for The Black Hall experience? 

• The Black Hall will be open from October 26th to 31st during the following times:
  Thursday, October 26th: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
  Friday, October 27th: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
  Saturday, October 28th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
  Sunday, October 29th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
  Monday, October 30th: 12:00pm – 11:00pm

What is the admission price for The Black Hall experience? 

• Tickets for The Black Hall are priced at £10 per person online and at the door. Cash and card will be accepted at the door.

Is The Black Hall experience suitable for children? 

• The experience is recommended for individuals ages 10 and over. Children under the age can attend if accompanied by an adult.

Can I take photos or videos inside The Black Hall experience? 

• For the best experience, we kindly ask that attendees refrain from taking photos or videos inside the attraction. 

Will there be a guided tour or will attendees go through The Black Hall on their own? 

• The pathway will be designed so that attendees can navigate The Black Hall experience in groups on their own. The storyline of the experience will act as your guide. 

Is there an exit available if The Black Hall experience becomes too intense? 

• Details regarding exit options will be provided at the event. If a person wishes to leave, they cannot re-enter, and refunds will not be provided. 

Will there be loud noises or sudden sounds during The Black Hall experience? 

• Yes, The Black Hall experience may include immersive audio effects, including loud sounds. 

Are there any flashing lights or strobe effects in The Black Hall experience? 

• Please be aware that The Black Hall experience may feature sudden and intense bright light elements. 

Will there be sensory-friendly or relaxed sessions?  

• Yes, relaxed sessions will be from 12pm-1pm on Saturday 28th, Sunday 29th and Tuesday 31st October. It is strongly encouraged you come early and pre-book with a fast-track ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.
